brush365 Arlington: Our Fourth Office, and One That Means So Much More

We did it. Last Wednesday, October 1st, we officially opened the doors to our fourth brush365 locationOpen link in the new window — in Arlington, Texas.

It’s been four years since I last opened an office… and seven years since I built one completely from scratch. Frisco and Allen were second-generation spaces that came pretty turnkey, but this one? This one was built from the ground up — checklist by checklist, spreadsheet by spreadsheet, late night by late night.

And as anyone who’s ever built something knows, no matter how much you plan — how many systems, processes, and budgets you create — things will always find a way to go sideways. There were delays, design decisions, moments of exhaustion, and plenty of “are we there yet?” days. But through it all, we kept moving forward.

And now, standing in this space… it feels so worth it.

A Space Designed for Synergy

This Arlington location is particularly special because it was intentionally designed to bring together both brush365 and ZENITH — two companies that mean so much to me and my husband, Gursimran.

For the first time, we created a layout that allows both teams to coexist and complement one another under one roof. The flow between dental and chiropractic services was carefully mapped out to foster true synergy while keeping overhead efficient. It’s beautiful to see two worlds of healthcare — preventive and restorative, dental and physical — intertwine seamlessly for the good of our patients.

At the end of the day, that’s what it’s all about: creating better experiences and better outcomes for the people we serve.

Of course, in true brush365 fashion, the new space is equipped with everything modern dentistry has to offer.

We’ve got:

All the Feelings

I’ll be honest — this opening has brought up all the emotions.
I’m proud. I’m nervous. I’m excited. I’m scared.

Building something from scratch always requires courage — the courage to start, to stumble, to pivot, and to keep showing up anyway.

But mostly, I’m grateful.

Grateful for the incredible team that has worked tirelessly to bring this to life.
Grateful for our patients who trust us with their care.
And deeply grateful for my husband and partner in everything, Gursimran, who has been by my side through every late night, every decision, every dream turned reality.

brush365 Arlington isn’t just a new office.
It’s a reflection of everything we’ve learned over the past seven years — a testament to growth, grit, and grace.
